I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and I offer weekly or more frequent psychotherapy. I have worked as a therapist in secondary education, the NHS and the charity sector and have also supervised groups in counselling services. I see my work as trying to be with a client in what they are experiencing. At times the work is to hold and contain the experience; at other times it is to try and make sense of it.
