I work both in person, online (mainly via Zoom) and via mobile phone. My focus is mainly Jungian analysis and psychotherapy, and supervision. However I also provide group analytic psychotherapy, reflective practice and Mentalisation Based Treatment (MBT). With a background of nearly 30 years experience in the therapeutic professions, I have worked extensively both within the NHS and private practice as an individual and group psychotherapist. With a free initial meeting for all enquirers, I offer affordable, confidential psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and parents with infants.
